  • Campmeeting
This camp is open to everyone, no matter what age your are. It is kind of like a retreat. A time to separate ourselves from the world and our everyday lives and concentrate on spiritual renewal. It’s a chance to connect with old friends and to make new ones. Every night at 7pm there is a service with a leading speaker from the Advent Christian denomination. Services are geared towards evangelism, saving the lost…but I always find something that I can use in my everyday life…God is so good! Whether you stay on the grounds or commute to one or more of the services you will be blessed.
  • Theme: And What Now? During our campmeeting week, we’re going to seek to answer the question: “What now?” Coming out of a year of global trials and tribulations, we will seek to look at where we’ve been and where we go from here . . . using Scripture as our guide!

  • VBS-Vacation Bible School: July 19th-23rd
For children 5-12 years. It runs in the mornings, Monday through Friday, during the same time as adult Bible Study. The kids study bible lessons, do crafts, play games, have snack, learn memory verses and practice for a short program at the end of the week. They always seem to be having a great time! And they learn so much! Held 9:30-11:45 am Monday through Friday. Our theme is going to be “I Wonder” and we have some big ideas we will be talking about like ‘what makes my story unique’, ‘what gifts did God give me’, ‘what can I learn from others’ and ‘how can I spend time with God’.
  • Bible Study
It’s held Monday through Friday of camp from 9:45-11:45 am for adults. And it’s just what you’d expect…in depth Bible study led by Josh Alves.

He holds a certificate in Visual Communications, is an accomplished author/illustrator, and is a graduate of the Leadership Development Network.
